Arc Brings Major Financial Institutions OnchainCircle confirmed that Arc’s founding validators include BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, Global Payments, ICE, Mastercard, MoneyGram, SBI Group, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Corporation, and Visa alongside Circle.
While most blockchain networks are secured by a crypto-currency with a dedicated core team, Arc’s security is to be maintained by the institutions active on the platform in the construction of financial services.
Circle noted that they created this model to help improve security, governance, compliance, and operational resilience for the benefit of their institutional customers.
