When you look at all of the new tech out there, you will soon see that it is difficult to know when the usage is going to go from a niche market to a very early adoption one. This is especially the case if you look at cryptocurrency. There was a very explosive bubble of hype that happened around 2017 but now it looks like we are going into a bear market. There are a lot of strong predictions ahead and there are also things to note on every side of the discussion.
Casinos are Adopting It
When you look at Bitcoin in general, you will soon see that a lot of casinos are now starting to adopt it. Casinos such as the online casino NetBet platform, like many of its competitor site, is expanding more by the year and it would not be surprising to see them begin to accept cryptocurrency as time goes by. That being said, there are some cryptocurrency casinos out there and this just goes to show that the currency is advancing faster than most people realise.
US States are Accepting Bitcoin
There are some out there that may say that the era of adoption and legitimacy is when governments begin to accept the currency for things such as tax. A lot of governments are sceptical about the currency and some are outright hostile. That being said, it would seem that there are a lot of states in the US that are now appearing to move in the right direction. If you look at the state of Ohio for example then you will soon see that they allow their residents to make a payment for their taxes in Bitcoin and this is incredible, to say the least.
Argentina is Accepting It
Another interesting movement for Bitcoin is the fact that Argentina is now accepting it. Tax payments do happen around twice a year but Argentina has taken things one step further. They are now trying to become the first place in the world to say that they are going to be accepting cryptocurrency for their public transport tickets. Commuters can now take steps to fill up their transit cards using Bitcoin and when you look at the fact that the country is now experiencing inflation worries, it would seem that this could be very good, to say the least.
Germany’s Biggest Food Delivery Service
When you look at Germany’s adoption of cryptocurrency, you will soon see that they are one of the most supportive countries. Their very own grocery delivery service has started to accept Bitcoin for home delivery and the app alone has millions of users. You can also choose from different restaurants. This gives you the chance to pay in Bitcoin whenever you do a shop and this is very interesting, to say the least. Who knows what the future holds but right now for crypto it is safe to say that it is looking bright.
