— Republic (@joinrepublic) October 15, 2026
Through the investment platform the Grayscale DeFi Fund, Grayscale Decentralized AI Fund and Grayscale Data Network Trust are now available to eligible accredited investors.
Grayscale Brings Three Crypto Strategies to RepublicThe release introduces investors to the world of digital assets’ market, without putting all their eggs in one basket. Grayscale DeFi Fund is based on a market-cap-weighted index of decentralized finance protocols engaged in lending, trading, and asset-management.
We’re excited to announce a partnership with @joinrepublic to expand access to Grayscale investment products for eligible investors.

It presents several massive DeFi ecosystems in a single product, such as UNI, AAVE, ONDO, ENA, CRV and LDO.
The Grayscale Decentralized AI Fund is focused on protocols that exist in the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence. It has stakes in projects from decentralized computing, storage and AI infrastructure including NEAR, TAO, RENDER and FIL.

DATA Trust Targets AI Training InfrastructureThe third product is the Grayscale Data Network Trust, which is focused on the native token of the DATA Network, that same name, “DATA”. According to Grayscale, the network is an AI training infrastructure that pulls data from the same source, verifies, and issues the licenses for training AI models.
This builds an onchain log of data provenance, offers licensing conditions and compensation for rights holders and contributors, and makes the product focus specific, as opposed to the broad range of DeFi and AI funds.

$2,500 Minimum Opens Earlier AccessEligible users must invest at least $2,500 of money to invest with Republic, the co-CEO of the organisation said.
The partnership aims to provide more investors than ever before with the chance to be the first to access these products during an earlier development phase typically more open to institutions.
Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg indicated that the company evinces the most interesting areas for activity in the digital asset economy include DeFi, decentralized AI, and onchain data infrastructure.
Some of the most compelling opportunities in digital assets are in DeFi, decentralized AI, and onchain data infrastructure.
We’ve spent more than a decade pioneering products and strategies that offer investors exposure to the digital assets ecosystem.
Our partnership with @joinrepublic gives more eligible investors access to the most innovative areas of the fast-growing digital economy.

Grayscale Expands Beyond Single-Asset Crypto ExposureThe Republic partnership represents Grayscale’s continued efforts to diversify its flagship crypto product offerings.
The new distribution channel does not just aim at providing exposure to Bitcoin or Ethereum, but rather offers eligible investors exposure to thematic baskets of decentralized finance and artificial intelligence (AI) related crypto infrastructure assets.
These products continue to be private placement securities and are offered to only qualified and accredited investors.
The investments are also highly speculative, liquid and carry the risk of total loss, and are very different from freely traded spot crypto products, according to Grayscale.
