XRP Price Prediction: XRP Could Pass $30 in 2025 as Experts Say Buy the Dip

While the week following President Trump’s announcement of the upcoming crypto strategic reserve helped Bitcoin (BTC) and leading altcoins make gains, most tokens are seeing a correction today.

Among the top five cryptocurrencies, BNB (BNB) saw the lowest drop, while Ethereum (ETH) dipped by 4.91%. XRP (XRP) is down only 1.37% today, but Ripple’s token outperformed all other leading altcoins over the week, reflecting its strength and potential for a further surge.

Many analysts are bullish on XRP, with some suggesting its price could surpass $30 this year.

After trading between the $0.3 and $0.7 levels for over two years, XRP saw a major breakout in November 2024, following the election of Trump’s pro-crypto government that promised it would replace Gary Gensler as the SEC’s chairman.

The replacement meant the SEC would take a more pro-crypto stance, fueling XRP’s community’s bullish sentiment and helping XRP go beyond the $3 mark in early 2025.

Although the token dropped in value since, reaching $2 on February 28th, the news of its inclusion in Trump’s planned crypto strategic reserve saw its price shoot up to $2.9 on March 3rd, with whales buying over 1 billion XRP 24 hours after the announcement, according to Ali, a charts analyst.

The market-wide correction that followed led to its current price of $2.54, but Jeremy Hogan, an attorney who’s closely following the SEC vs Ripple case, believes XRP is preparing to explode as he anticipates the lawsuit will be resolved by May.

Crypto expert CrediBULL Crypto believes the bullish market sentiment surrounding the upcoming crypto strategic reserve and the nearing resolution of the SEC vs Ripple case is positioning XRP to skyrocket.

The expert anticipates XRP will effortlessly climb to the $20 level in the long term, predicting a further soar to $30 if it manages to push past the expected resistance. He believes Bitcoin will reach approximately $160,000 in the same period, which would send the broader market into a frenzy. 

XRP’s technical indicators support these claims, as its long/short ratio over the past 24 hours stands at 2.16, reflecting investor confidence in XRP’s short-term growth. Meanwhile, its current price of $2.54 is well above its 200-day Simple Moving Average of $1.55, signaling long-term growth potential.
