As the company continues to raise its strategic Bitcoin holdings above 3,500 BTC, the acquisition marked one of the latest moves to fund the company’s treasury strategy via capital markets.
Capital B Adds 376 BTC to TreasuryCapital B said the latest purchase was completed at an average price of €67,182 per Bitcoin, significantly below the company’s blended acquisition cost across its existing treasury.
Capital B and its subsidiary Capital B Luxembourg now balance the books with 3,521 BTC. It has thus far purchased an estimated €309.4 million worth of the Bitcoin-fund on average €87,878 BTC over the course of the transaction.
The September 7 trade is the largest Bitcoin buy since Capital B’s previous major purchase in September 2025, when it added 551 BTC. This most recent sale is thus significant when compared to earlier this year’s smaller sales, in which it acquired more treasury stock than it did in earlier sales.
Bitcoin Yield Reaches 2.17%Capital B keeps tabs on its treasury policy using a number of indicators related to Bitcoin. This earmark took 61.3 BTC BTC Gain and 2.17% BTC Yield YTD.
The BTC Yield represents the net change in Bitcoin’s holdings per fully diluted share over a certain time. Capital B also saw a BTC Yield of 0.31%, and a 9.9 BTC BTC Gain in the quarter.
YTD BTC € gain for the company stood at €4.2 mln and the quarter at €0.7 mln, according to the company. The figures are meant to demonstrate the level of performance the company achieves in relation to its fully diluted shares.

Capital Raises Fund Bitcoin ExpansionTogether with these capital raises it estimated that the latest purchase was approximately €30.1 million.
Capital B issued an ATM simultaneously for its (new) ordinary shares at a total cost of €1.44 million, selling 2,799,200 ordinary shares at an average price of €0.51. It also has achieved €28.7 million in private placements with international institutional investors and strategic investors such as Adam Back and TOBAM.
The private placement consisted of shares sold at €0.58 per ABSA and four share subscription warrants per share. In addition, on its own €7.64 million was subscribed in September, to form part of Capital B’s new Bitcoin base.
By requiring the latest addition, Capital B heads into the territory of numerous large corporate-to-enterprises that’re listed publicly and are incorporating Bitcoin as a treasury asset. With its 3,521 BTC holdings, the company is among the world’s largest publicly traded Bitcoin holders.
