We all know that lumber prices have gotten parabolic but all material prices have skyrocketed as can be seen by the rate of change (lower panel) in the ENR Materials Price Index. well known but lets just say its not only lumber thats getting more a more expensive. Rate of Change in lower panel is leaving a mark. It may only be a flesh wound now and costs may be able to be passed on but eventually the end buyer will feel the pain in their wallet if the haven’t already.
