New releases add a faster integration path for partners, a trusted new payment method for US users, and expanded compliance coverage across the Paybis On/Off Ramp.
Paybis, a global crypto infrastructure provider, today announced a wave of upgrades to its On/Off Ramp. The updates streamline integration for partners and add a new payment method. Paybis On/Off Ramp is the embedded buy/sell crypto with cards and local methods partners use to let their own users buy and sell crypto directly within their own apps and websites.
Easier for Partners to Integrate
Paybis released a new React Native SDK for the On/Off Ramp, making it even easier to integrate into mobile apps. The new SDK cuts integration time to a matter of minutes.
PayPal – one of North America’s most trusted payment methods has been added for end users of the Paybis On/Off Ramp US. That gives US users a faster checkout with a payment method they already trust, without having to enter card details.
Loading-time improvements across the iOS, Android, and web versions of the On/Off Ramp round out a broader push to make the checkout flow feel faster end to end.
Staying Ahead on Compliance
Following the introduction of Travel Rule requirements across the On/Off Ramp, Paybis is continuing to evolve the compliance experience to make it easier for partners to meet regulatory requirements without adding friction for their users. As part of this work, Paybis is introducing the ability for partners to provide the additional information required for custodial wallets before the user journey begins. This allows the relevant compliance checks to be handled in the integration layer, rather than introducing additional steps for the end user during checkout.
Paybis is also preparing further improvements for unhosted wallet flows, with the aim of making Travel Rule data capture as seamless as possible across different transaction types and wallet models.
This work supports Paybis’ broader move toward more headless integrations, where partners retain ownership of the customer journey, brand, and checkout experience, while Paybis provides the compliance and infrastructure underneath.
“Our focus is twofold: making the On/Off Ramp easier for partners to integrate and build with, while continuing to raise the bar on compliance without compromising the user experience,” said Julia Kovalchuk, Head of B2B Product at Paybis. “As the regulatory landscape evolves, we want to absorb that complexity into our infrastructure so our partners can scale confidently and their users can continue to have a fast, frictionless experience.”
Availability
The features described above are live for eligible partners and customers on a rolling basis; availability may vary by market and partner integration type. Businesses interested in the Paybis On/Off Ramp can contact their account manager or the Paybis partnerships team for onboarding details.
